Cancellation Policy
-A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- For no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee will also apply.
- If you require an adjustment to your hair, it must be scheduled within two weeks of your initial appointment.
